TyraTech Inc (AIM: TYR) said it executed a private label agreement with Natural Forces LLC of Davidson, North Carolina, under which Natural Forces will market and sell co-branded TyraTech Nature’s Technology insecticide and repellant products into the US mushroom production and processing markets.
Natural Forces plans to launch the three new co-branded insecticide and repellant products under its Flitter, Divert, and Divert-O brands and labels in August 2009.
Financial details were not disclosed.
TyraTech develops and commercialises pesticides based on natural, plant oil derived active ingredients.
