Alexium International Group (ASX: AJX) is in pre-open this morning ahead of an announcement on a capital raising and the company’s capital structure.
The company has been successfully securing partnerships to develop products using its patented reactive surface technology (RST) - a "green" process that can apply durable nanoscopic polymeric coatings to numerous materials.
Alexium recently landed an agreement with Bruck Textiles that will see the two companies work together to develop ballistic fabrics, as well as other fabrics, treated with the RST technology.
The company will remain in pre-open until an announcement is made to the market or no later than the start of trading on Wednesday 22 February.
