Northern Petroleum PLC (AIM: NOP) said Majedie Asset Management Ltd has pushed its stake in the company above the 5 percent mark by acquiring 173,128 shares more shares last week.
Majedie now controls 3,689,100 Northern shares, or 5.19 percent of the capital.
