UK ATM operator Cashbox PLC (LSE:CBOX) has broadened its cooperation with managed pubs operator Mitchells & Butlers PLC (M&B) by securing a contract to operate 260 automated teller machines at pubs managed by M&B to increase the total number of ATMs managed by Cashbox at M&B to more than 500.
The sites, which are ATM ready, will be transferred to Cashbox from another supplier that M&B had previously worked with in the coming weeks.
The news moderately improved the company’s positions in the market and the shares in Cashbox climbed 3.5 percent. The company’s stock has been up and down this month after experiencing a steep fall from September to April when its value more than halved.
