Thor Mining targeting extensions to known lodes in new drilling at Molyhil

Thor Mining (ASX: THR, AIM: THR) in a stage two program at the Molyhil tungsten and molybdenum project will target extensions to the known resource.

Initially the program will comprise up to eight reverse circulation holes targeting the potential southern extension to known lodes.

Thor will then conduct a series of six diamond holes designed to improve the confidence of the earlier drilling - in turn improving the overall resource model.

The overall program will take around eight weeks, with results forecast to be received in October.
Results from a Definitive Feasibility Study on 2007 identified the viability of a 400,000 tonne annual mining and processing operation.

Molyhil is located 220 kilometres north-east of Alice Springs (320 kilometres by road) within the prospective polymetallic province of the Proterozoic Eastern Arunta Block, in the Northern Territory.
