Siburan Resources' (ASX: SBU) previously announced memorandum of understanding with Hunan Province Zhonghe Mining Industry Development Co. has has expired, however discussions are continuing.
The due diligence and negotiations have taken longer than expected due to the intervening Christmas holiday period.
The signing of the MOU followed visits by representatives of HPZ last month to the company’s offices and also included a site visit to the company’s tenements near Kalgoorlie.
