Consegna Group substantial shareholder Balam Global bumps up stake to 15.47%

Consegna Group’s (ASX: CGP) substantial shareholder Balam Global continues to buy up shares in the company on market with the latest acquisition of around 8.1 million shares.

Balam purchased the shares for a consideration of US$380,577 on 20 January, providing an average entry price of about $0.047.

The latest share purchase gives Balam a 15.47% stake in Consegna.

Consegna is currently in a trading halt pending an announcement in relation to a capital raising, with an announcement expected to made to the market today.

The company has reaffirmed its plan for 2012 to seek international licensing deals specifically for the BreatheAssist technology.

Importantly, there are multiple licensing opportunities for BreatheAssist, including sport, medication delivery, snoring cessation, aiding sleep apnoea and the filtration of pollen and other airborne pollutants.
