TNG Limited (ASX: TNG) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending the release of a material announcement.
TNG said that the announcement is in relation to the transaction with Jiangsu Eastern China Non-Ferrous Metals Investment Holding Co and Aosu Investment and Development Co.
No further details have yet been released.
The halt will last until the earlier of an announcement being made to the market, or the commencement of trade on Friday 20 January.
