Nexus Management PLC (AIM: NXS) said it entered into a partnership with Les Dyson of First for Franchising to launch its mobile computer and technology support unit Nerd Force in the UK.
Dyson has more than 20 years' experience launching new franchises in and with his help the company is confident of Nerd Force's successful entry into the UK market, it said in a statement.
Les Dyson commented: “I firmly believe that we will establish a considerable presence throughout the UK during the next year, having already created a credible foundation stone during the balance of 2009.”
Updating on Resilience Technology Corp, which it acquired in March 2009, Nexus said the business has made substantial progress.
Nexus CEO Roger Richardson said: “Much has been achieved in a few short months by the Resilience team.
