Synchronica PLC (AIM: SYNC) said it has concluded the collaboration agreement, announced on June 12 2009, with third parties to design, build, market and sell low cost mobile devices to be bundled with the company's Mobile Gateway product.
The mobile e-mail and synchronisation specialist did not provide further details in today’s statement.
When Synchronica announced the deal last month it said it would receive a commission of 3 percent of the net sales revenue from the sale of the mobile devices. The revenue from the Royalties would be in addition to licence, professional services, support and hosting revenues from Mobile Gateway which would be sold in conjunction with the mobile devices.
