Contract development and manufacturing services provider to the global pharmaceutical industry Patheon Inc (TSX: PTI) said it appointed Claudio F. Bussandri as new chairman after Peter Green resigned as chairman and director effective yesterday.
Green had held the position since 1996.
Bussandri joined the board in March 2008. He is the retired president and CEO of McKesson Canada, a diversified healthcare services company, where he served from 1995 to 2007.
