Azure Minerals (ASX: AZS) executive chairman and managing director Anthony Rovira acquired 100,000 shares at $0.03 per share on October 27 in an on market purchase.
The purchase was made for a consideration of $3,570 and Rovira now holds a direct interest of 1.42 million shares.
Recent drilling results from Azure's Promontorio project in Mexico give the company confidence that the size of the resource can be increased by up to 50%. At nearby Cascada, an Exploration Target is on the cards.
At Promontorio the current Indicated and Inferred JORC Resource is; 502,000 tonnes at 4.7% copper, 2.1g/t gold and 99g/t silver.
