Blackthorn Resources (ASX: BTR) non-executive director Michael Oppenheimer has increased his indirect stake in the company.
Oppenheimer bought 100,000 shares on-market for A$0.52 per share, for a consideration of $52,000.
He now holds 463,000 shares which have a current market value of $222,240.
Blackthorn is currently in an interesting position, just last week the company announced intersections of 282.7 metres at 1.05% copper in the first drill hole on the Kitumba deposit at the Mumbwa Project in Zambia.
The results provide encouragement as they give confidence in the continuity and grade distribution within the Kitumba IOCG system.
