Kalgoorlie Mining Company (ASX: KMC) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending the release of details for a proposed capital raising, with the company's shares placed in pre-open.
Kalgoorlie Mining has not released any further details, but the company is currently in a very interesting position, and has turned the Bullant Gold mine into a cash flow generating operation within six months of ownership due to an ore agreement.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made to the market, or the open of trade on Friday 4 November.
