Snipp signs another strategic sales and marketing deal

Mobile marketing services firm Snipp Interactive (CVE:SPN) has signed another strategic sales and marketing memorandum of understanding with Deedod, a national provider of digital media services.
The news comes one day after it inked a memorandum of understanding agreement with MDB Communications, a full service advertising and marketing communications firm.
Under the newest agreement, both companies will sell and promote each other's services to existing and potential customers, and earn referral fees from introductions that result in signed contracts and revenues.
Deedod and Snipp will also collaborate to introduce Snipp's 'Mobilize Me' platform and mobile technology services as a "prospective value add" to Deedod's client-base.
Snipp provides print publishers, advertising agencies and corporate/consumer brands with a full suite of mobile marketing services in North America. Its 'Mobilize Me' platform supports many input mechanisms for mobilizing marketing campaigns for companies, including text message, QR codes,Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) tags and Snapp tags.
Headquartered in Washington, D.C. and established in 2007, the company has provided its services to several Fortune 500 companies and other major brands, advertising agencies and publishers, including Wal-Mart (NYSE:WMT), ESPN, Time Inc, Ford (NYSE:F), Nike (NYSE:NKE), Wendy's (NASDAQ:WEN) and Campbell Soup (NYSE:CPB).
"We are excited to begin this partnership with Deedod. We look forward to sitting down together to brainstorm and develop innovative mobile campaigns and technology solutions together," said Snipp CEO, Atul Sabharwal.
"We will continue to grow our 'Mobilize Me' platform in working with excellent partners like Deedod."
Based in Virginia, Deedod provides its digital media solutions to brands in sports, news, entertainment, education, and retail.
Deedod's managing director, Matt Armstrong, said: "Working with clients in a host of leading industries, we've identified a significant gap in the eBuisness/eCommerce/Web space, which poses risk to clients as they strive to build and sustain a strategic advantage in a highly competitive marketplace.
"By collaborating with Snipp, Deedod is further substantiating its position as a strategic digital media partner, capable of delivering a streamlined relationship to clients by leveraging its resources to implement a fully-integrated approach to supporting client objectives on a business, design, and technical level from both a tactical and strategic standpoint."
