Rambler Metals and Mining (LON:RMM) (CVE:RAB) revealed another good quarter as production volumes continue to rise.
In the group's third quarter of commercial production it has set new company records, producing 5,244 tonnes of copper concentrate, 1,297 ounces of gold and 9,873 ounces of silver.
Head grades were also much higher: 4.05% copper and 1.52 grams per tonne of gold, a 13% and 18% improvement, respectively. Meanwhile, concentrate grades and recoveries also rose.
"We are very pleased to see record tonnage and metal produced while head grades and recoveries moved above planned targets," said chief executive George Ogilvie.
"The continuing improvements at the Ming copper-gold mine reflect our focused approach to growing our operations and delivering growth.
"The Q4 results leave us well placed for meeting our formal fiscal 2014 guidance, and we will continue to focus on operational performance to ensure these levels can be maintained."
