The RESAAS (CNSX:RSS) real estate social networking tool has certainly been gaining traction. And this is easy to see, as the company just landed a spot in the top 50 real estate tech solutions by HousingWire.
RESAAS's social network is designed to allow real-time updating of property listings as well as the ability to sync with social media sites such as Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) and Twitter. Known as real estate broadcasts, RESAAS' reblasts engine automatically generates all of an agency's real estate workflow into social content that is instantly pushed out to theRESAAS platform and other social networks.
"Brokerages seem to be buying into the technology. Recently, the RESAAS team has added a number of new clients, including the California-based operations Intero Real Estate Services and Modern Realty. That represents some decent traction," read the HousingWire description of the company on the website listing the top 50 real estate tech names.
Indeed, just recently, the company's platform has been gaining popularity in the Eastern U.S., after already gaining significant ground in the Western U.S. It just added its second Michigan-based brokerage to its platform last week.
Since opening for business in January, the platform has added such names as Southern California-based Summit Realty Group, Star Real Estate, Modern Realty, Vernazza Realty, Parker Properties, OC Homes Realty, Century 21 Showcase and Century 21 Adobe Realty -- all in California, to name a few.
"The company’s forward-looking nature and best-inclass online platform earned it the distinction of “social network of choice” for HousingWire’s 2013 Real Estate Expo (REX)," the HousingWire description also read.
Attendees at HW’s REX conference were provided with RESAAS profile pages, giving them an opportunity to not only share conference updates, but learn all of the capabilities that come with the RESAAS platform.
The network for real estate professionals to connect and communicate in real-time was also just chosen as the social network for the upcoming MREDpalooza event, hosted by MRED, Chicagoland's multiple listing real estate service.
"At this point, it might be worth pointing out its search engine optimization ranking on Google. According to RESAAS, if an agent has an account and types their name into the search engine, its SEO genius means that account will be the No.1 search result," wrote HousingWire.
