RESAAS Services powers third event with the Asian Real Estate Association Vancouver summit in July

RESAAS Services (CNSX:RSS), a social network designed for real estate professionals, has been chosen to power the upcoming summit hosted by the Asian Real Estate Association (AREAA) of America in Vancouver this July.
The news comes at a white hot moment for the social network - coming as it does just days after the company was the preferred social networking partner for HousingWire’s Real Estate Expo. The network for real estate professionals to connect and communicate in real-time was also just chosen as the social network for the upcoming MREDpalooza event next week, hosted by MRED, Chicagoland's multiple listing real estate service.
According to RESAAS' statement released late Thursday, the AREAA event has attracted a "who's who of high profile speakers" from the real estate industry, including CEO of Sotheby's Canada, Ross McCredie, and president and CEO of Royal LePage, Philip Soper.
"This event is looking incredibly strong," said VP of AREAA Vancouver, and president of a key sponsor of the event, LuxuryHomes.com, Ian MacLeod.
"We have more than 30 speakers, many of which are industry leaders, already set to attend and keynote. Providing a way for attendees to engage before the actual event brings tremendous value. The AREAA Vancouver network on RESAAS allows this to become a reality."
Speakers, sponsors, attendees and affiliates of AREAA will be provided with profile pages on RESAAS, said the company, and be networked together into a private group to communicate and share information in advance and during the live event.
RESAAS's social network is designed to allow real-time updating of property listings as well as the ability to sync with social media sites such as Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) and Twitter. Known as real estate broadcasts, RESAAS' reblasts engine automatically generates all of an agency's real estate workflow into social content that is instantly pushed out to the RESAAS platform and other social networks.
"As one of Vancouver's shining tech companies, we are excited to bring the power of RESAAS' social network to AREAA's maiden event in Canada," said president of RESAAS, Tom Rossiter, in the release. "We've seen the benefits our platform can bring to events, summits and expos in the real estate sector, so to be able to enhance the experience at AREAA's Vancouver Summit is a natural fit."
The company's platform has been gaining popularity since opening for business in January, with the company adding broker after broker to its platform. The latest addition was Michigan-based Robinson Realty & Managemnet Group earlier this month, the company's second Michigan-based real estate agency.
In the eastern U.S., RESAAS recently added Rhode Island-based Future Properties to its platform, which followed the addition of its first Michigan broker, 3 Tier Real Estate.
The social network has also added several new members in the western U.S. including such names as Southern California-based Summit Realty Group, Star Real Estate, Modern Realty, Vernazza Realty, Parker Properties, OC Homes Realty, Century 21 Showcase and Century 21 Adobe Realty -- all in California, to name a few.
The AREAA Vancouver North American Business and Real Estate Investment Summit runs July 16th and 17th, hosted at the Sheraton Wall Centre in downtown Vancouver, BC. For more information about the AREAA event this July, visit (http://vtm.areaa.org/).
