Snipp inks co-promotion deal with CCG Marketing Solutions
Mobile marketing firm Snipp Interactive (CVE:SPN) has signed a memorandum of understanding with CCG Marketing Solutions, with the two companies to sell and promote each other's services, creating additional revenue streams.
CCG provides integrated marketing services to consumer health, automotive and pharmaceutical companies, while Snipp works with several major brands to market products through mobile.
Snipp's 'Mobilize Me' platform includes SnippCheck, a mobile receipt processing for promotions, SnippShip, which provides real-time shipment notifications, and SnippWin, which offers mobile contests and couponing, among other features.
Snipp and CCG have already worked on incorporating solutions into 2014 planning for some of CCG's largest and most respected clients, according to a statement released Tuesday.
"Mobile is truly an explosive industry and we are excited to bring some of the most innovative mobile solutions and tools to the table and provide them to CCG and their exceptional clients," said co-founder and CEO of Snipp, Atul Sabharwal. "We look forward to building mobile campaigns on top of a powerful, solution-rich service provider like CCG."
Snipp said last month that several key initiatives are expected to bear fruit for the company, any one of which can drive significant revenue and profitability gains, including an organic acquisition strategy, the launch of new products and the continued development of its overseas relationships.
Its sales jump in the latest quarter was attributed to new sales channels, additional sales contracts from existing customers, as well as new clients and the launch of new products like SnippCheck - a mobile receipt processing service - and SnippWine.
The company figures that as an increasing number of people spend more time carrying out traditional web-based activities such as shopping and social interaction on their mobile devices, every company will need to start implementing a "mobile optimized layer" for their business to support this growing trend.
"Snipp is a dynamic force in the consumer mobile solution space. Our initial efforts have been hugely successful and this partnership represents a significant opportunity to drive fully integrated mobile technology onto our consumer platform," said CEO of CCG, Simon Hooks.
