ABM Resources (ASX: ABU) gold strikes at the Twin Bonanza Gold Camp Project continue unabated, with the latest at the Buccaneer Gold Porphyry Deposit.
The highlight from a reverse circulation pre-collar of a diamond hole intersected the very broad 174 metres at 0.97 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 117 metres.
Within this intersections was the higher grade 29 metres at 3.56g/t gold, with a peak-value of 44.5g/t gold over 1 metre.
A second hole delivered 77 metres at 0.54g/t gold.
Port / Anomaly 19 discovers gold
In another big plus for ABM Resources, the company has delivered some encouraging first drill results from the Port / Anomaly 19 Prospect - which is also housed in the Twin Bonanza camp.
Results included 52 metres at 0.32g/t gold from 21 metres.
The prospect is located 16 kilometres from the Buccaneer Porphyry deposit, which the company considers a grass-roots exploration target and is defined by gold and other associated metal anomalism over an area of 5.7 by 0.6 kilometres.
This has been identified in historic shallow vacuum and rotary air-blast drilling.
Anomaly 19 is one of several targets located on the company’s 14 kilometre long Port-Starboard trend.
