Minbos Resources (ASX: MNB) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending the release of details surrounding a proposed capital raising, with the company's shares in pre-open.
Minbos has not yet indicated more detail on the capital raising, but the company is currently progressing some very promising potash projects in Africa.
Earlier in the week Minbos announced a high grade maiden phosphate JORC Resource at the Kanzi Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
This followed hot on the heels of a positive outcome from the Scoping Study at the Cacata project, which is hosted within the Cabinda project area in the Republic of Angola.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made to the market, or the open of trade on Monday 31 October.
