Clean Global Energy (ASX: CGV) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending the release of a material transaction announcement, with the company's shares placed in pre-open.
Clean Global has not yet provided details on which project or potential project the transaction refers to.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement, or the commencement of trade on Tuesday 4 October.
