Soil Sub Technologies (ASX: SOI) substantial holder Jason Peterson has acquired further shares on and off-market to increase his stake to 27,750,000 shares or 6.56% of the company.
Peterson acquired the 7.4 million shares during September in various tranches via Celtic Club P/L.
