RESAAS Services social network grows in popularity with yet another service agreement

Real estate social network RESAAS Services (CNSX:RSS) has announced yet another service agreement as its platform becomes increasingly popular, this time adding California's Century 21 Adobe Realty.
Real estate firm Century 21 Adobe, which RESAAS notes is a Centurion and Quality Service Award Winner for 15 years, is made up of around 7,000 independently owned and operated franchised broker offices and 100,000 agents in 73 countries and territories globally.
"As a staple for over 25 years in the region, Century 21 Adobe Realty understands the importance of experience and the implementation of cutting edge marketing and real estate technology," said VP of sales at RESAAS, Padraig Cullen.
Clearly, RESAAS Services' social network for real estate professionals, mortgage specialists, home buyers and sellers is becoming more popular. And it is easy to see why.
The network is designed to enable real-time updating of property listings as well as the ability to sync with social media sites such as Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) and Twitter.
Indeed, real-time updates are one aspect of what sets RESAAS part from sites such as the Canadian Real Estate Association's Multiple Listing Service (MLS) website, where it can take a number of days for new listings to appear.
The news today comes just over a week after it added real estate agency OC Homes Realty from Southern California to its platform, which itself was just days after the company announced a new service agreement with Century 21 In Town Realty in Downtown Vancouver.
This followed the signing on of Southern Califnornia real estate firm Star Real Estate South County to its network earlier this year.
The company also achieved a number of milestones in 2012, including a deal to work with The Residential Group Realty (TRG Realty) of Vancouver. TRG Realty, a real estate agency, started in April 2006, and has become one of the fastest growing companies in the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
The company also welcomed Summit Realty Group to its platform last year, a full-service, commission brokerage specializing in residential real estate throughout the U.S.
In one of its most notable achievements, RESAAS received approval to include its real estate Q&A app in Microsoft's Window's 8 App Store. The company's platform is also available for Apple's (NASDAQ:AAPL) iPhone and for Google's (NASDAQ:GOOG) Android operating system for smartphones.
Under the deal announced today, all Century 21 Adobe Realty agents will receive their own coporate branded agent pages, and the firm will have its own branded news page in order to broadcast information and remain in constant contact with the members of Century 21 Adobe that are a part of RESAAS' social network.
RESAAS said in its statement today that Century 21 Adobe Realty has been training its agents on social media strategies for the last six years, seeing the "extensive value" of procuring business through this outlet.
