RESAAS Services adds third Realty Executives office to its platform
RESAAS Services (CNSX:RSS) says it has added its third Realty Executives office to its social network for real estate professionals with Realty Executives Coast & Country.
The office covers the areas of Riverside and San Diego County, and specializes in short-sales, foreclosures, standard sales, investment properties and vacation properties.
"The RESAAS platform and mobile applications are a fantastic solution for our agents' social networking strategy," said broker/owner at Realty Executives Coast & Country, Shane Knuckles.
"Our RESAAS profile pages, branded as the Realty Executives Coast and Country Social Network, will streamline our agent's social strategy and promote additional, more valuable inter-office communication."
RESAAS's social network is designed to allow real-time updating of property listings as well as the ability to sync with social media sites such as Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) and Twitter.
The company has so far made significant headway in the West, just last week signing another Century 21 brokerage in Southern California, Century 21 Showcase.
Since opening for business in January, RESAAS has added firm after firm, bringing in Southern California-based Summit Realty Group, Star Real Estate, Modern Realty, Vernazza Realty, Parker Properties, OC Homes Realty, and Century 21 Adobe Realty - all in California, to name a few.
Last month, the company also started to add real estate agencies in the East, taking on Montreal-based real estate firm Profusion Realty, which is known for its work in the high-end real estate market in the Greater Montreal Area.
According to a company statement, Realty Executives International has become one of the fastest growing franchises, with more than 500 offices and 8,000 agents in 32 countries around the world.
Since RESAAS made its debut on the Canadian National Stock Exchange in February 2011, its stock has quadrupled in value, and is currently trading at $1.00, with around 28.1 million shares outstanding.
