RESAAS Services makes third addition this week to social network

RESAAS Services (CNSX:RSS) has added its third real estate agency of the week to its social network platform, and its fifth this month as the company has seen some marked expansion as of late.
Late Wednesday, the company told investors it signed on Cypress, California-based Realty Executives Alliance and Anaheim, California-based Realty Executives Producers to its platform - two franchises of Realty Executives International.
Realty Executives International has more than 500 offices and 8,000 agents in 32 countries around the world.
"Debi Sugden, Owner of Realty Executives Alliance, immediately saw the value of the RESAAS Social Network, branded as the Realty Executives Alliance Social Network and the Realty Executives Producers Social Network," said VP of sales for RESAAS, Padraig Cullen.
"Debi understands that social networking and real estate are intertwined and this trend will continue as the 75 million Generation Y consumers enter the marketplace."
The social network for real estate professionals, mortgage specialists, home buyers and sellers is designed to allow real-time updating of property listings as well as the ability to sync with social media sites such as Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) and Twitter.
"With RESAAS, the two Realty Executives offices will be empowering their Executives to enhance their social strategy, streamline their social efforts, maximize their social footprint and continuously keep in touch with their clientele," said Cullen in the release on Wednesday.
Indeed, when using the platform, all agents of the two Realty Executives franchises will receive his or her own corporate branded agent page, with the two firms each having its own branded news page in order to broadcast industry information and remain in contact with its network.
The deal announced Wednesday follows two others earlier this week.
Late Monday afternoon, RESAAS said it added Southern California real estate firm All California Brokerage to its platform, and late Tuesday signed another Century 21 office with Century 21 Showcase, which has been serving the Southern California inland region for more than 25 years.
It also this month signed on California-based real estate firm, Intero Real Estate Services as well as Welcome Home Nevada Realty.
The company has also garnered attention with a recent deal to be the preferred social networking partner for HousingWire’s Real Estate Expo (REX 2013) in June. RESAAS will be attending, exhibiting and socially powering the REX event in Fort Worth, Texas from June 2 to 5, 2013.
