RESAAS Services adds another California real estate agency to its platform

RESAAS Services (CNSX:RSS) says it has added California-based All Nations Realty and Investments to its social networking platform for real estate professionals, pushing further ahead with its expansion.

Based out of Rancho Cucamonga, California, All Nations Realty and Investments provides complete real estate services to both buyers and sellers throughout the greater San Bernardino County market, including residential, commercial, land and other related property types. 

"All Nations Realty looks forward to using RESAAS to stay current with its means of advertising and marketing our realtor's property listings," said realtor and marketing manager for All Nations, Roy Eriksen, in a statement released late Wednesday. 

"RESAAS will allow each of our All Nations realtors to network with one another in addition to generating new business leads from the RESAAS platform itself."

RESAAS's social network is designed to allow real-time updating of property listings as well as the ability to sync with social media sites such as Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) and Twitter. 

Known as real estate broadcasts, RESAAS' reblasts engine automatically generates all of an agency's real estate workflow into social content that is instantly pushed out to the RESAAS platform and other social networks.

The company has so far made significant headway in the West, earlier this month signing Portland-based Taylor Group Realty, L.A Lofts Realty and Realty Executives Coast & Country.

Since opening for business in January, RESAAS has added firm after firm, bringing in Southern California-based Summit Realty Group, Star Real Estate, Modern Realty, Vernazza Realty, Parker Properties, OC Homes Realty, Century 21 Showcase and Century 21 Adobe Realty - all in California, to name a few.

"Roy Eriksen at All Nations Realty and Investments recognizes that Southern California is in the middle of a remarkable real estate rebound and that social networking is a major factor in the success of their realtors," said VP of sales at the company, Padraig Cullen, in the release.

 "An All Nations Realty and Investments Social Network will enable and promote more inter-company transactions and will be available on-the go through RESAAS' reblasts(r) mobile app."
