RESAAS Services lands Century 21 M&M and Associates as new addition to its platform

RESAAS Services (CNSX:RSS) says Century 21 M&M and Associates, ranked as the number one Century 21 office worldwide, is joining its social networking platform designed for real estate professionals, with the agency boasting over 28 offices throughout northern California. 
The real estate agency, founded by John Melo and Larry Matos, has grown to more than 1,300 agents - covering San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Merced, Madera, Fresno, Solano County, Santa Cruz County and the Bay Area in northern California.               
"We are looking forward to rolling out RESAAS to our team, and empowering all Century 21 M&M agents with our own exclusive group on the RESAAS network," said COO of Century 21 M&M, Lauralee Ensign, in a statement released Thursday. 
"The size of our firm and regions we service is broad, so keeping all of our 28 offices in better communication with our agent's activity will be an important aspect of Century 21 M&M's continued growth."
Indeed, RESAAS’ platform, designed to allow real-time updating of property listings as well as the ability to sync with social media sites such as Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) and Twitter, has taken off in North America, where RESAAS  has added a broker several times a month across Canada and the U.S. since opening for business at the start of the year.
The real estate social network is designed specifically for the real estate professional to connect and communicate in real-time, allowing for seamless real-time communication between real estate professionals on the go -- including for photos to be shared, news to be posted, and realtors to connect with other real estate professionals on the RESAAS platform. 
The app automatically generates real estate workflow into social content known as ‘real estate broadcasts’ that is then instantly pushed out to the RESAAS platform and other social networks.             
When using RESAAS, all Century 21 M&M and Associates agents will receive his or her own corporate branded agent pages, and will be connected together privately to share activity across the different offices within the firm.        
"Our team is looking forward to helping Century 21 M&M achieve even more by helping their agents market their brand, their listings and their knowledge both internally and publicly," said president of RESAAS, Tom Rossiter, in the release.
