Consegna Group (ASX: CGP) has been granted a trading by the ASX pending the release of a capital raising announcement, with the company's shares placed in pre-open.
Consegna has not yet indicated where the potential funding injection will be allocated, but the company is currently in a very interesting position and recently started licences for the commercialisation of the company’s BreatheAssist device.
BreatheAssist is a multi-functional nasal dilation technology that enhanced nasal airflow by 37% in a clinical study.
Importantly, there are multiple licensing opportunities for BreatheAssist, including sport, medication delivery, snoring cessation, aiding sleep apnoea and the filtration of pollen and other airborne pollutants.
The halt will last until the earlier of an announcement being made to the market, or the opening of trade on Monday 19 December.
