Patagonia Gold’s (LON:PGD, TSE:PAT) chief financial officer Philip Yee is leaving the company to take the position of vice president and CFO with a mining company in Canada.
Gonzalo Tanoira will assume the role vacated by Yee when he departs on May 27.
Patagonia’s chief executive Bill Humphries said: "Phil Yee successfully guided us on to the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2011, and greatly assisted the company during the transition from a developer to a producer.
“The board would like to thank Mr Yee for his contribution to the Company, and wishes him well for the future."
