RESAAS Services adds Charlotte agency to social networking platform

RESAAS Services (CNSX:RSS) has added Live Love Charlotte to its social networking platform for real estate professionals, its fourth such addition this week.
Based in the Metro Charlotte area, Live Love is a family-owned real estate agency with Keller Williams Realty, specializing in residential real estate.
"We are excited to join the RESAAS community," said marketing and branding partner for the agency, Casey Sojdak. "This new platform will ensure that the Live Love Charlotte team will be able to promote our listings and brand our philosophy of Live where you Love & Love where you Live, all the while communicating with our clients & colleagues more efficiently to facilitate referrals through social media."
RESAAS, whose social network is designed to allow real-time updating of property listings as well as the ability to sync with social media sites such as Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) and Twitter, is growing steadfast in its popularity, continually adding broker after broker to its platform across the U.S. and Canada.
Known as real estate broadcasts, RESAAS' reblasts engine automatically generates all of an agency's real estate workflow into social content that is instantly pushed out to the RESAAS platform and other social networks. Last month, the company said it planned to raise $2 million to meet with demand and expand its platform into Europe.
Late last week, the company added Southern California-based firm Home Living Real Estate to its social networking platform, which followed the additions of brokers in Texas and San Diego earlier in the week.
When using RESAAS, Live Love Charlotte agents will receive their own branded agent page, and the firm will have its own page in order to broadcast information and remain in constant contact with its members.
Shares of RESAAS have jumped over 22 per cent so far this year, currently sitting at $1.10 on the Canadian National Stock Exchange.
