RESAAS Services to create private social network for VRM University

Real estate social network RESAAS Services (CNSX:RSS) says that it has been chosen by VRMU Mortgage Industry Training to create a private group for their real estate professional students at upcoming events.
VRM University provides training and certifications for real estate professionals nationwide, with instructors that are active practitioners. Under the agreement, RESAAS will create a private VRMU group that its students will be able to use to collaborate with each other during upcoming events as a networking tool.
“Our partnership with VRMU is an excellent opportunity for the team at RESAAS to work directly with an educational partner specializing in the asset management space,” said CMO atRESAAS, Michael St. Hilaire.
RESAAS, whose social network is designed to allow real-time updating of property listings as well as the ability to sync with social media sites such as Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) and Twitter, is growing steadfast in its popularity, continually adding broker after broker to its platform. Known as real estate broadcasts, RESAAS' reblasts engine automatically generates all of an agency's real estate workflow into social content that is instantly pushed out to the RESAAS platform and other social networks.
Just a few weeks ago, it signed a deal to power a slate of upcoming conferences, partnering with Xplode Conference to power events to be held this year in Boca Raton, Beverly Hills, Dallas, Jacksonville and Atlanta. The news came just a day after the company said it plans to raise $2 million to meet with demand and expand its platform into Europe.
It was also recently picked to power Inman News' upcoming Real Estate Connect conference in San Francisco this month, showcasing the company's increasing popularity in the industry.
