Reed Resources' substantial shareholder Vanguard Precious Metals has acquired an additional 2.7 million shares in on market purchases to take its stake to 8.13% of Reed. Vanguard lodged the notice on the 21 September 2011.
The shares were acquired at prices between $0.40 to $0.50 per share.
