Circadian Technologies chairman increases stake in company

Circadian Technologies (ASX: CIR) chairman and non executive director Dominique Fisher acquired a further 29,000 shares at $0.55 per share on September 6 in on market purchases.

The shares were purchased indirectly for a consideration of $15,950 through the Stockdale Fisher superannuation fund.

Fisher now holds 17,500 ordinary shares through Merina Pty Ltd and 149,949 shares through Stockdale Fisher Superannuation Fund.

Circadian Technologies last traded at $0.55 per share.
